Allright so alot of people have been telling that the game wont start but it's because of the game is updated to 1.0.8.0 and current scripthook.dll doesn't work in 1.0.8.0. Basically you just need to download patchfile from Rockstars website and downgrade your game to 1.0.7.0 to get the scripthook.dll work. I'll show you how to do it 1.
